Shipping:


We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We usually ship within 24 hours of order being placed. 

 

Free shipping on any order over $100 will be shipped by USPS Ground (3-8 Days). You may chose to upgrade to get your order faster with USPS Priority Mail (3 Business Day), UPS 3-Day Select (3 Business Day), UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Day), UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day).

Orders not including free shipping: We will ship by your chosen method.

 Returns & Exchanges:

Returns: 

Returns are accepted, on most items. Returns are accepted within 30 days (online, 30 days from delivery). Items must be in new and unused condition, including the original manufacturer packaging and paperwork for a full refund. 

We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, ext.) Please do not put shipping labels on original packaging. 

You should receive your refund in 48 to 72 hours after receiving the returned item. All items are subject to inspection and a possible 15% restocking fee determined on condition of item. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment or store credit. (Payment made throw Sezzle will be returned only to Sezzle)

We do not accept returns on special orders. Cleaners items are sold as final sale. 

 

Exchanges: 

We are happy to exchange any item within 30 days (online, 30 days from delivery). Items you wish to exchange must be in new and unused condition, including original manufacturer packaging and paperwork.

    3. Select Return Items?
    4. Fill out form
    5. We will get back to you as fast as we can, usually within 24 hours.
  • If ordered online as a guest, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. We will get back to you as fast as we can, usually within 24 hours. 
  • If you wish to make a return at the store, please bring in the item and order number.
